Natura Bissé opens inaugural spa at Westfield London

Luxury Spanish skincare brand Natura Bissé has opened its first ever standalone spa at the Westfield London shopping centre in the UK.

The Natura Bissé spa is located in The Village, the centre's dedicated luxury shopping area, and offers treatments in a Mediterranean-inspired environment created by Spanish architect Juan Trias de Bes.

The spa offers a complete, immersive Natura Bissé experience, and is designed to convey the essence of the brand, including its expertise and results, as well as luxury, sophistication and a five-star service accredited by Forbes.

Spread across 340sq m, the spa plays host to three treatment rooms equipped with Gharieni beds, as well as a skincare consultation area, where customers can receive bespoke skincare diagnoses and product recommendations.

The service offering includes a new treatment, developed exclusively for the new location, as well as a range of beauty and relaxation rituals, designed to rebalance the mind and body.

"This first stand-alone spa represents a key milestone for the company and an important step to consolidate milestone for the company and an important step to consolidate our international expansion," said Veronica Fisas, CEO of Natura Bissé and daughter of company founder Ricardo Fisas.

"As the only spa in the retail destination we feel the customers come to Westfield for the best retail experience. As a company we want to be where like-minded brands understand the consumer of tomorrow and know how to stay ahead of the commercial curve."

Keith Mabbet, director of Leasing UK/Italy for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, operator of Westfield London, said: "We're very excited that Natura Bissé will open its first global standalone spa at Westfield London. Over the past 10 years we've seen a staggering 69 per cent increase in spend on health and beauty, and wellbeing trends continue to prove hugely popular with our visitors.

"The new Natura Bissé Spa in The Village, which itself was the first luxury precinct for any UK shopping centre, creates yet another unique experience for our shoppers to enjoy."

Natura Bissé opens inaugural spa at Westfield London

Luxury Spanish skincare brand Natura Bissé has opened its first ever standalone spa at the Westfield London shopping centre in the UK.

The Natura Bissé spa is located in The Village, the centre's dedicated luxury shopping area, and offers treatments in a Mediterranean-inspired environment created by Spanish architect Juan Trias de Bes.

The spa offers a complete, immersive Natura Bissé experience, and is designed to convey the essence of the brand, including its expertise and results, as well as luxury, sophistication and a five-star service accredited by Forbes.
