Leisure consultancy Vision XS has added Lesley Morisetti, a former director at economics practice AECOM, and Celia Deeley, formerly of English Heritage, to its team.
With more than 26 years of experience in the attractions and entertainment industry, Morisetti left AECOM earlier this year to set up her own consultancy, LM Associates. Prior to joining ERA/AECOM, she spent 16 years at Tussauds.
At Vision XS, Morisetti will be tasked with leading the market and financial aspects of the company’s visitor experience modelling.
Meanwhile, Celia Deeley has been responsible for visitor operations across 72 English Heritage properties and more than 30 National Trust properties, as well as managing the new visitor experience at Althorp House and Park following the death of Diana, Princess of Wales.
Vision XS chief executive, Chris Webster, said: "Bringing in the skills of Lesley and Celia could not be coming at a better time.
"Their particular areas of expertise and combined experience bring a fresh perspective and a new dimension to our visitor experience modelling and our attraction development strategies, both in the UK and across the world."
