Award-winning professionals to deliver online training for Future Fit
POSTED 04 Jan 2017 . BY Matthew Campelli
Johnson said the platform was a 'big step forward for the industry'
Future Fit has established a new online training platform, which uses webinars presented by award-winning fitness professionals to educate personal trainers (PTs).

Pro Zone will present monthly webinars delivered by PTs including Lazo Freeman, founder of The Body Transformation Academy, Katie Bulmer-Cooke, James Griffiths and Yvonne Radley.

Users will also benefit from a monthly accredited webinar delivered by Future Fit tutors, which are worth one CPD point with CIMSPA and REPs.

Over a period of a year’s membership, it is possible for individuals to gain all the accreditation required to maintain professional status.

As well as training programmes, PTs can log on to communicate with each other via the medium of online forums, surveys and blog posts.

Individual PTs can take the service for £15 per month, with corporate organisations wanting to train employed PTs will have to spend £65 monthly.

Rob Johnson, managing director at Future Fit Training, said the system was a “big step forward for the industry”.

“Qualification is the starting point, not the destination, and once in the industry, trainers should keep learning and asking questions,” he added.

“Pro Zone offer a wealth of support and by bringing together like-minded personal trainers, we believe it can help them drive up their performance, excel in their careers and raise standards right across the industry.”
