The future of Freestyle Music Park in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, US, looks bleak as the majority of the board resigned following the park's foreclosure.
The park's owner, FPI MB Entertainment (FPI), filed for foreclosure on 5 August, and now all but one member has resigned from the board.
The remaining board member is charged with the unenviable task of finding a buyer for the troubled property, which originally opened in April 2008 as Hard Rock Park.
FPI acquired and renamed the 55-acre park US$25m after its former owners filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
