The Continuum Group, the operation, management and design group working within the tourism, heritage and visitor attraction sectors, has appointed Heidi Folland as PR manager.

Folland joins the Action Marketing Team at Continuum and will be mainly responsible for corporate communications as well as managing the PR campaign for client, the JORVIK Viking Centre.

The Action Marketing team provides strategic marketing and PR services to a range of UK attractions including Castle Howard in Yorkshire and The Real Mary King’s Close in Edinburgh.

Folland previously worked for PR consultancy, Harrison Cowley.
