A new 'green' community café has been opened in St Austell's White River Place complex by The Eden Project.
The new café is the attraction's first base away from its Bodelva home and features a facility where visitors can sell homegrown produce to the business.
Caroline Digby, sustainability director at The Eden Project, said: "We hope the Eden Project Café will help draw people into St Austell town centre and play a role in its regeneration."
The Eden project received a £160,000 grant from Cornwall Council towards the fitting out of the café, as well as the development of an events programme to attract people into the town.
