The £11.5m leisure centre has a capacity of 250 people and includes a 25m, six-lane swimming pool; leisure pool with wave machine and beach area; outdoor pool; flumes; slide; spa; sauna; steamroom and sun terrace.
The centre is operated on behalf of the States of Jersey by Serco Leisure, which also manages leisure centures for various UK authorities.

Created through a public private partnership wih CTP Properties, the development includes a ten-screen Cineworld multiplex, a Fitness First health club, restaurants, bars and a Luminar Leisure nightclub. There are also plans for a four-star 240-room hotel.
