The Springfield, Massachusetts-based Six Flags New England theme park is to add a 10th roller coaster to its collection.
Gotham City Gauntlet : Escape from Arkham Asylum is a steel, wild-mouse coaster currently being erected in the DC Super Hero Adventures section of the park and set for launch in April this year.
The Maurer Söhne-built ride formerly operated as Road Runner Express at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom until the park closed at the end of 2009.

A climb up a 49.25ft (15m), five-storey lift hill will be followed by a race along 1,213ft (370m) of twisting track.
Escape from Arkham Asylum will have a ride time of 92 seconds and a maximum speed of 28mph (45kph).
