The latest restoration stage at Woodstock Gardens, Inistioge, Co Kilkenny, Ireland has been opened.
Opened by Martin Cullen, minister for arts, sport and tourism, the works unveiled include the winter garden, arboretum, walled garden and flower terrace.
The project, which has been underway since 1999, has already seen more than 2.1m euro (£1.8m) invested in it and is led by Kilkenny County Council with support from Coillte, the Heritage Council, Failte Ireland, Kilkenny Civic Trust and the LEADER programmes.
Cullen said: "This is a very worthwhile investment, which in tourism terms is already paying dividends through increasing visitor numbers to Inistioge and Woodstock.
