US based rides company Chance Morgan has completed construction on its first Unicoaster, with final testing now being carried out.
Exhibiting at the IAAPA Expo in Las Vegas, NV, the ride features eight rotating arms, all of which can accommodate two people at a time.
One main aspect of the Unicoaster is the rider's ability to be able to control the spin they experience, both in a forwards and backwards direction, allowing passengers to provide themselves with a different ride each time.
Co-creator Bill Kitchen says: "We were looking for a way to reinvent the rollercoaster but on a smaller footprint. The Unicoaster gives riders all of the thrills of a looping inverted roller coaster at a fraction of the space and price."

Small Footprint, Big Significance: Studio City Water Park |
|
Long known for its fancy casinos, Macau realized within the past decade that it must
diversify its tourism scene to attract new crowds. With the ambition of becoming the
leisure hub of China’s 72-million strong Greater Bay Area, the city began adding shows,
attractions, and family-friendly hotels. But the offering that truly stands out with fun
for everyone is Studio City Water Park – Macau’s first stand-alone water park, with all
the water slides and aquatic play structures supplied by WhiteWater. |
