About The Role
We are now looking for dynamic Group Sales Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This position requires a candidate to be energetic, entrepreneurial, possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, flexible, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The aim is to deliver mid-week visitor volume and revenue in line with the attraction's strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in devising and implementing marketing and sales strategies
- Answer incoming calls and make advanced bookings; coordinate arrivals with the Operations Team
- Assist in processing group bookings and ticketing
- Contact key decision makers at schools and home schools to communicate product while building business relationships and driving sales channels
- Network marketing direct and emailing to Parent Teacher Associations
- Managing sales, communication, and promotions to nursery/nanny/daycare organizations as well as group ticketing accounts
- Make ongoing sales calls to school and group clients and continue building a strong network of clients
- Research, plan, and implement strategies to drive volume and repeat visitation to the attraction

About You
- Educated to degree level, or professional qualification equivalent.
- Previous sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary.
- Extensive knowledge of computer including Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Word
- Desire to work in fast-paced environments.
- Must be flexible and able to sometimes work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Education
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
