LEGOLAND Florida Resort is looking for a eCommerce/Digital Marketing Representative to join the LEGOLAND Florida Resort Team.

About the Role:
The Marketing Executive – Digital Marketing will work with cross-functional teams to obtain KPIs around eCommerce and Digital Media tactics. This role is a versatile executor of the day-to-day operational tasks necessary to run LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s website(s) and mobile app and will be responsible for execution of the Resort’s digital marketing tactics across owned, earned and paid touchpoints.

Areas of ownership include: the LEGOLAND Florida Resort website(s), booking engine optimization and reporting, mobile app strategy, eCRM campaign strategy and reporting. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager – Digital Marketing and the media agencies in developing the Communications Strategy for marketing campaigns and facilitating the execution of digital marketing tactics and will assist in the execution of product launches, pricing changes, marketing campaigns and offers, etc.

Provides regular performance updates, and continually evaluates programs to compete successfully with other attractions and drive results for the Resort. Stays abreast of industry trends, new business and growth opportunities, and new/emerging technologies. Ensures excellence in online customer experience across all touchpoints.

Oversees execution and optimization of paid digital media through external agency partners to meet brand standards and deliver maximum ROI.

About You:
Theme Park or related customer service experience is preferred. Requires excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to execute multiple tasks is required. Self-motivated and demonstrated initiative. Leads by example with a demonstrated history of supporting colleagues, a team player. Strong problem solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service. Valid Florida Driver License is required for operation of Service Route Vehicles.

Background and Experience:

Requires a minimum of three years of progressive experience in marketing, e-commerce/digital marketing, with strong practical experience in methods and analysis. Experience in a theme park, resort/hotel or closely related industry preferred. Training will be provided, so applicants are not required to have experience with Gateway Ticketing or iHotelier systems, but must demonstrate ability to learn systems quickly. Must be analytical, goal-oriented and technically adept.

Digital Marketing Executive needs to demonstrate:

Proficiency in developing web-based marketing campaigns

Strong communication skills

Excellent verbal, written and analytical skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

Computer proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, & Excel and web-based CMS systems

Education:
A bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, business, marketing, or closely related field (or equivalent education and experience) from a four-year college or university is required.
