Brand Manager
Alton Towers Theme Park
Salary: Competitive salary
Job location: Stoke-on-Trent, UK
We’re looking for a passionate, creative and hard-working Brand Manager to join the Marketing team at Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specializes in making Britain happy!

In this role you'll be responsible creating and delivering Resort brand marketing strategy to meet budgeted resort revenue, visitor volume and EBITDA and KPI targets. You will also be responsible for strategy development, brand planning and implementation.

As our Resort continues to grow, you would need to be a leading brand champion within our Resort ensuring that the theme park, accommodation and second gate attractions are leading the way in innovation.

The role will also involve advertising & media campaigns and brand promotional campaigns.

This is a truly unique opportunity to be part of the team re-building this much-loved British brand, as well as being a beautiful place to work and a fantastic source of stories just waiting to be told.

Purpose of the role
* In conjunction with the Head of Brand Marketing and Marketing Director; Brand Manager – will be developing the marketing strategy for the Resort
* Own the brand marketing strategy for the Resort and build and execute marketing plans
* Act as brand guardian for the full stable of Alton Towers Resort brands with full responsibility for theme park, hotel and second gate brand delivery
* Accountability for existing estate & Resort advertising and media programs
* Act as lead contact for all other PR, Online, Mobile, Trade & Schools to ensure fully integrated annual marketing programs
* Deliver a volume-driving brand promotional program with a stable of on-brand partners that add value to Alton Towers Resort’s overall marketing program
* Ownership and accountability for all occasion-led Resort marketing programs, namely Scarefest, Fireworks, Christmas and February Half-term
* Responsibility for relevant elements of the Marketing A&P budget
* To lead, inspire and develop the Marketing team
* Deputise for the Head of Brand Marketing as appropriate

The role is full time, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
