We are the Coca-Cola London Eye and we are part of the magical Merlin Entertainments!

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing for the Coca-Cola London Eye. As Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and wider London Cluster Marketing Team to lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of the Marketing plan for the Coca-Cola London Eye in order to meet or exceed the business volume, revenue and EBITDA annual targets.

You will be responsible for shaping and articulating the long-term commercial strategy for the attraction, including the creation of a compelling visitor programme that builds understanding of our brand whilst significantly growing income and ensuring long-term financial sustainability while capitalising on shorter-term opportunities. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute marketing and business professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Coca-Cola London Eye builds on its outstanding credentials and maintains its position as the leading paid for visitor attraction in London.

We are looking for the following skills and experience;
* Ideally degree educated or professional marketing qualification required
* A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
* Experience of managing agencies and multi-media through the line campaigns
* Strong digital skills
* Commercially competent, ability to understand key levers of the P&L and how to demonstrate ROI
* A self-starter
* Ability to think strategically
* Ability to work in multi-disciplined/cross functional teams
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills needed with the ability to build close relationships with internal and external customers/departments
* Strong leadership and influencing skills required.

This role is permanent, full-time based upon working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (typically Monday to Friday) however flexibility is required as there may be times when you will need to work weekends and outside or normal operating times.
