Dr Marilyn Glenville to lead two-day wellness retreat at Gaia Spa at Boringdon Hall
POSTED 21 Sep 2018 . BY Lauren Heath-Jones
The retreat includes two nights' accomodation as well as access to all the spa facilities
Gaia Spa at Boringdon Hall in Plymouth, UK will be hosting a two-night women's wellness retreat on 28 and 29 September.

Designed to help women learn how to naturally balance their hormones using nutrition, the retreat will be hosted by Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD, a leading nutritionist specialising in women's health.

The retreat includes two nights' accommodation, breakfast and dinner in the spa's Spatisserie, as well as full use of the spas facilities, as well as a host of health and nutrition lectures and one-to-one consultations hosted by Glenville.

In addition to being a registered nutritionist Glenville is also a psychologist, author and broadcaster, and has previously served as the president of the Food and Health Forum at the Royal Society of Medicine. She has studied and practised nutritional medicine for more than 35 years and has a special interest in the female hormone cycle.

Gaia Spa director Diana Nettleton said: "We're extremely honoured to be collaboration with Dr Glenville on this retreat. For a healthy mind and body, hormone balance is vital but can be disrupted in various ways and many women suffer with the symptoms in silence or fail to get the correct support.

"We're pleased to be able to provide peaceful space to come and discuss, share and learn how to manage hormone imbalance, naturally with a leading expert in the field."
