Dreamworld reaches deal with ABC Kids for revamped children's attraction

Dreamworld theme park on Australia’s Gold Coast has announced plans to rebrand its Wiggles World kids section to include ABC Kids IP’s including Bananas in Pyjamas, Play School, and Giggle and Hoot.

Rebranded ABC Kids World, the Wiggles section will undergo a complete overhaul and extension, featuring several attractions themed around the IPs, including ride manufacturer Zamperla’s Jumpin’ Star and a Bananas in Pyjamas children’s maze.

“Dreamworld is an iconic trusted brand within the Australian community, as is the ABC Kids brand,” said Dreamworld CEO Craig Davidson. “We offer a great opportunity in this new partnership globally through our strong presence internationally both as children’s content and a major tourist destination, the perfect partnership.”

The new attraction is due to open on 27 June with work currently underway to revamp and expand the area.
